The IDEAL-410 is an automatic vacuum skin packaging machine designed for food processors that need higher efficiency, more consistent film handling and flexible tray formats for medium-volume production.
The food tray skin packaging machine combines automatic film feeding, photoelectric film positioning and automatic film cutting with controlled heating, vacuum forming and skin sealing. Depending on tray dimensions and mold layout, the IDEAL-410 can accommodate two, three or four trays in each packaging cycle.

The mold working area should not be interpreted as the maximum size of one tray. Final tray dimensions and cavity layout must be approved through tray drawings or physical sample testing.
