The IDEAL-410 is an automatic vacuum skin packaging machine designed for food processors that need higher efficiency, more consistent film handling and flexible tray formats for medium-volume production.
The machine combines automatic film feeding, photoelectric film positioning and automatic film cutting with controlled heating, vacuum forming and skin sealing. Depending on tray dimensions and mold layout, the IDEAL-410 can accommodate two, three or four trays in each packaging cycle.
This automatic food skin packaging machine is suitable for fresh meat, steak, poultry, seafood and selected prepared food applications. It is especially suitable for food factories moving beyond manual film handling but not yet requiring a large continuous conveyor packaging line.
